Teddy Alvarez Director, Producer, Screenwriter, Actor.
Teddy graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables Film School in 1996(?). Since then, Teddy has worked on a number of studio projects, including Good Will Hunting (starring co-Bostonians Matt Damon and Ben Affleck), Conspiracy Theory (starring Mel Gibson and Julia Roberts), and Tales from the hood. Disillusioned by the studio system, Teddy joined up with fellow Miami allum Kamran Khan to co-create Area 52 Pictures where independent filmmaking could thrive.

Kamran Khan Screenwriter, Actor, Producer
Kamran graduated from the University of Miami, Coral Gables with a Bachelor in Science and went on to receive his Juris Doctorate from the University of Colorado, Boulder. Kamran has passed the New York State Bar and will soon be admitted to practice in the First Department. Having worked everywhere from New Line Cinemas to a federal district court in Illinois, Kamran found only one common theme in his life, film. Nothing could quite capture the joy received from telling a good story for Kamran, (well, maybe eating a pack of Nutter-Butters with a big glass of milk, but nothing else comes close) so he has begun the slow process of making it in the film industry. Also disillusioned by the studio system, Kamran joined up with Teddy to co-create Area 52 Pictures.
